Mae Lisa'n gyfarwydd i'r rhai sy'n mwynhau diwylliant Cymraeg fel cyflwynydd teledu a radio, ysgrifennydd blog a podcast sy'n herio agweddau'r wlad tuag at rhyw, ac hefyd fel un o chwiorydd y grwp Sorela, sydd wedi bod yn swyno yng Nghymru a thu hwnt ers cychwyn y 10au. Mae Côsh yn falch o rhoi llwyfan iddi ddangos ei dawn fel artist unigol sy'n cyfansoddi a pherfformio caneuon grymus a emosiynol yn Gymraeg a Saesneg.

Lisa is a familiar face and voice to those who enjoy Welsh culture - as a television and radio presenter, a blog and podcast writer and host who challenges the country's attitudes towards sex, and is also one of the sisters of Sorela, who have been charming audiences in Wales and beyond since the beginning of the 10s. Côsh is proud to give her a platform to show her talent as a solo artist who composes and performs powerful and emotional songs in Welsh and English.
